School Administrator
Requires Master’s degree in Educational Management or Curriculum & Instruction.
Applicant must demonstrate knowledge of state and local educational policies; principles and practices of
organizational and fiscal management; short-term and long range planning; public relations; fund raising, curriculum
development; child development; assessment; and accreditation procedures.

Must be able to train, supervise and evaluate teaching staff; develop and maintain positive working relationships
with staff, parents, board, and community; organize and direct activities; analyze and evaluate information; multi-
task and time management; initiate and maintain financial records; develop budgets;  and complete, update, submit
multiple reports to board, state department, and other involved entities; work directly with the board, enforce
policies, and serve as an advisor to board committees.

As a Catholic administrator, candidate must make Catholic identity of the school first priority. Religious education,
sacrament training, and participation in masses must follow Diocesan policies and procedures. The Superintendent
of Catholic Schools will supervise and evaluate candidate annually
.

Certified Teachers
Need teachers for K/1 combination class, 2/3 combination class, 4/5 combination class.
Candidates must be licensed by PED of New Mexico or hold a current license from another state and be eligible for
a New Mexico license. Candidates need not be Catholic but must be Christian and set an example of morals, ethics,
and values through his/her lifestyle, actions, and beliefs.
